Scholarships

To celebrate our 20th anniversary of serving the Orleans/Ottawa area, Allegro Music Schools continues to be excited to announce the establishment of a Scholarships/Awards Program. There are a total of four scholarships to be awarded annually: the Judy Jackson Scholarship for Senior Piano Proficiency, the Allegro Music School Scholarship for Junior Piano Proficiency, the Allegro Music School Achievement Award (for all instruments), and the Joan Maxwell Scholarship for Vocal Excellence. All students are invited to apply for these awards. The successful applicants are chosen according to level, R.C.M. standings, performance participation, festival participation, and community involvement. Special consideration is also given for each person's general contributions to the school in terms of performance as well as cooperation with other students.
